5.11 Atac Plx Pen Light Flashlight LED 69 Lumens w/Clip Blk

It works on all fronts for this. It has a super bright beam. I used a couple Lithium batteries in it and I'm sure it will last forever on that set. The pen clip is surprisingly strong, but I agree with the previous reviewer that it could slip off.

However, don't get the previous review wrong. The spread of the beam is just right to use as a flood at about 15-25 ft in addition to being a good pinpoint beam at short distances. It is the brightest and smallest flashlight I have ever owned. I also own a 5 year old Streamlight 1w Luxeon that uses 4AAs and its light output is only slightly brighter than this little bity thing, which has more to do with the flood pattern than anything else.

I wanted to make sure anyone looking to buy this as a walking light or anything at longer distances to understand that it is plenty usable for that too.
